Extreme Up-Close Video From Right Next To A Tornado Is Absolutely Crazy

A massive tornado measuring nearly a half-mile wide touched down near the small town of Wray, Colorado, knocking down dozens of telephone poles, and damaging other buildings, according to NBC News. Storm chaser Reed Timmer got close enough to capture the twister, which he uploaded to his Facebook page.

The video below lets you see just how immense the cyclone is in relation to its surroundings, and the effects the wind has on the surrounding landscape and nearby people (other storm chasers).
